Lacey Twp is about to get reamed once AGAIN for violating the rights of 2 students last year. The 2018 uproar began when the students were suspended for posting pics of their recent range visit during scheduled "off-time" from school while attending Lacey Twp. HS. CNJFO broke the original story with the help of member Anthony Muro, who screen captured Lacey's UNCONSTITUTIONAL ONLINE POLICIES REGARDING STUDENT'S USE OF FIREARMS AT ANY LOCATION WHATSOEVER! These illegal policies were challenged by Daniel Schmutter, counsel for the Association of NJ Rifle & Pistol Clubs (ANJRPC), who wrote a "CEASE & DECIST" letter which directly led to the policy changes.
