All this week in Washington, D.C., 50 women from 50 states launched a coordinated counter-attack to the INCREMENTALISM that torments our precious Second Amendment rights. Known as the "DC Project", its' creator Dianna Liedorff Muller, a USPSA 3-Gun Champion & Leader at "A Girl & a Gun Shooting League" started just three years ago. These dedicated pro-gun women come from all walks of life to represent the gun owners of their respective states in the fight to restore 2nd Amendment rights throughout the land. Charlie Cook, the "Riding Shotgun With Charlie" Stagecoach Driver that hails from the People's Republic of Massachusetts, swung-by to visit Anthony Colandro, NRA Board of Director #76 & ANJRPC Executive VP earlier today at Colandro's famed Gun For Hire Range in Woodland Park, NJ. Cook always detours to Gun For Hire when he's in the area, having been to Washington, D.C. yesterday for "The DC Project", an all-female #2AHeavyLifter event where women from most of the 50 states gather to visit their Representatives with scheduled meetings!

Theresa Inacker, Communications Director for the Coalition of New Jersey Firearm Owners, did swear an oath and was admitted to the United States Supreme Court Bar earlier today in Washington, D.C. A bucket list item for the former Managing Editor of the Seton Hall Constitutional Law Journal, Inacker took her daughter Mary on the trip to show her to always follow her dreams. The mother-daughter duo watched Justice Kavanagh read the Apple opinion, and Justice Thomas read two others. Associate Justice Ginsburg and Chief Justice Roberts both came to speak to the admissions group after the formal proceeding.
Inacker has been an attorney for 19 years since graduating from Seton Hall Law School here in NJ. An avid gun owner, target shooter and pheasant hunter, her volunteer career in 2A advocacy is known throughout NJ and we're proud to have her as our Communications Director! TV appearances, interviews, quoted by state & nationally syndicated newspapers, representing the Coalition at 2A Rallies, Inacker pours her heart & soul into the 2nd Amendment. From all of us at the Coalition, Congratulations on this great achievement and continued success in all your endeavors!

History is being made in this video clip as the NJ GOP Party Chair Doug Steinhardt visits Gun For Hire's Woodland Park Range earlier today. The NJ Republicans now have newly-elected NRA Board member & ANJRPC Executive Vice President Anthony Colandro guiding them on a public relations initiative that STARTED TODAY thanks to Colandro calling-out the NJ Republicans on his Gun For Hire Radio Show for their former idleness in regards to fighting FOR US, the LEGAL NJ gun owners! Steinhardt, upon hearing news of the "call-out", phoned Colandro from his son's SHOOTING COMPETITION to arrange this historical meeting.

Both men have pledged to work TOGETHER for the common good of New Jersey. Only good can come from this! We salute you both and if there is anything we can do to help to aid this precedent-setting effort, just let us know!

94 year old combat vet & POW Vito Trausi, a member of America's greatest generation, chats with the boyz about some of his combat exploits, the M-1 Garand he carried, training, landing during the Anzio, Italy Amphib Operation, being captured & put on a rail car to Stalag 7. A prisoner for many months, he lost a lot of weight but NEVER LOST HOPE. For anyone that has/had a relative or friend that served in any WW2 Theatre of Operations, this is a must listen-to broadcast! The hypocrisy is mind-bogglingly accurate to a "T". This great country of ours was formed through the toil of subjects yearning to be FREE. Men and women stockpiling the most modern firearms of the time period as well as tons of explosives & lead to make them work. Our National Anthem is about fighting our oppressors, killing them, and blowing them & their SH!T up with "BOMBS BURSTING IN AIR".

243 years later we sit around our big-screen TV's and complain this same music isn't sound-synced properly. Or our beer is warm, or our burger is cold. How stupid we all are. What we should be doing, if we really cared about independence from oppression, is TAKING THE ENTIRE FAMILY TO THE RANGE for MARKSMENSHIP TRAINING, and then posting photos of the adventure onto every social media platform that exists, and do so with the hashtag, #FreedomNeedsPracticed .

So, please for the love of God & Country, find some time in your busy schedules (IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY DONE SO) to pick-up firearms and PRACTICE YOUR FREEDOM! The freedom that was bought & paid for with the blood of your ancestors. You know the ones. They're easy to spot. They've fought for us all in Wars since the first shots were fired in Lexington & Concord. The ones with flags marking their final resting places. They've been turning-over in their graves so much they might as well be on a rotisserie spit!

You want to learn US History? Teach kids US History? Start by teachin' them to respect firearms as #ToolsOfFreedom .

Now let that beer stay cold in the fridge or cooler a few moments longer and TAKE A KID TO THE RANGE!

CNJFO TEACHES KIDS GUN SAFETY & TO SHOOT!
YOUTH DAY DRAWS 20 1ST-TIMERS & PARENTS!

As part of our ongoing commitment to firearms education & awareness, 20 youth ages 7-18 were given a safety class, and then trained by well over a dozen CNJFO Instructor-Volunteers during a LIVE-FIRE Training Session held at the Union Hill Gun Club range in Monroe Twp., NJ last Sunday. Each eager youth was gifted swag bags from our gracious sponsors, fed chicken fingers, hot dogs and mac & cheese and then helped with eye & ear protection prior to the live fire session that featured (5) single-shot Keystone Cricket .22 cal rifles donated to the Coalition by Keystone Sporting Arms, Inc. as part of their ongoing effort to train America's youth in the safe & responsible recreational use of sporting arms.

To supplement Keystone's gift, approx. two dozen firearms from CNJFO Youth Day Committee Chair Eric Saperstein's extensive .22 rimfire collection were on-hand and several Instructor-Volunteers brought fine examples from their collections. Henry lever-action & pump-action repeaters, a Sharps, a Ruger American w/ scope, S&W M and P, and a lot more made up the huge selection for the kids to pick from.

Our Instructors were led by CNJFO Life Member Rocco LaRocca, NRA Training Counselor and owner of R.O.C. Training, based at Union Hill Gun Club. LaRocca & his staff gave a safety brief to the Instructors and then held a basic gun safety class custom designed for our youth participants. Instructors came from as far as Orange Co., NY and Tabernacle, NJ to volunteer at this inaugural Youth Day shoot. NRA-ILA's Mark Galey came from Fairfax, VA bearing swag for all attendees.

OUR YOUNGEST INSTRUCTOR IS A SPECIAL LADY!

USPSA Grand Master & Static Steel Champion Emily Cutts, age 15, from team TandemKross, hails from Tabernacle, NJ. Emily was our youngest Instructor and enjoyed "giving-back" to the sport she loves and we thoroughly enjoyed watching her instruct eager kids taking their first shots with this Jersey celeb! CNJFO President Matt Andras published a Facebook-Live video of Coalition Vice President, David "Rosey" Rosenthal introducing Emily as she was instructing. Joined by her parents Doug & Lorie Cutts, the entire family came to volunteer and support our mission. Doug & Emily each instructed in their own ports while Lorie sold raffle tickets and held everything together for Youth Day Chair Eric Saperstein. We can't thank them enough for their time, travel and dedication to teaching NJ youth to shoot safe & responsibly!

In addition to the Cutts family, several other NJ notables enjoyed bringing wide smiles to the faces of our first-timers. Tony Simon from The 2nd is for Everyone: Diversity Shoot, Mickey Palma of R.O.C. Training, Grant Gallagher from ScotShot Grant (a NRA Training Counselor), CNJFO Trustee Dan Grdovic, Membership Committee Co-Chair Jaime Rivera, Annie Bella, Martin Tremarco, Membership Committee Chair Michele Rivera and Coalition VP David "Rosey" Rosenthal.

The girls & boys each had a parent or guardian with them, and extra "eyes & ears" were made available through a donation by Radians. This enabled moms & dads to capture video & stills of their children taking their first shots with our Coalition Instructor-Volunteers as each child moved from port-to-port thus gaining knowledge on all available .22 rimfire platforms: Single-shot (donated Crickets), bolt-action, slide-action, lever-action and semi-auto repeating rifles.

Targets were donated by long-time CNJFO sponsor Speedwell Targets of Frenchtown, NJ and the .22 cal ammo was donated by new sponsor Cheyenne Mountain Outfitters in Bordentown, NJ. Our friends at Black Bag Resources & NJ Concealment Furniture gave us the Foam Action Sports Blocks (rifle rests), and both Gun For Hire range and US Law Shield gifted goody bags to every shooter. Top Shot's Chris Cheng sent Saperstein a case of his hardcover book; TandemKross, Modern Materials, Coiled Rattler Products, Henry Repeating Arms, and 2A4E all donated swag items. B.S.T. CNJFO's President, Matt Andras, spoke from the heart last Friday evening at Tony Simon's "The 2nd is for Everyone: Diversity Shoot, detailing the how & why of the beginning of the Coalition of New Jersey Firearm Owners (CNJFO). He then called Anthony Colandro, Tony Simon, Sean Fisher, Dan Ingram and Nick Wong to the front of the classroom at Gun For Hire's Woodland Park Range where this Diversity Shoot was being held. Thanking each of the honorees for their steadfast support of the 2nd Amendment in New Jersey and the Coalition in particular, Andras, on behalf of CNJFO's Board of Trustees, did then officially award the five a "Patriot Kit" consisting of a custom pewter pin, embossed certificate and thank-you note. The applause were so loud it froze the video camera (noted in video).

These five have been supporting us since our inception, so they were the first selected for this honor. We at the Coalition are proud to partner with and are humbled by the volunteerism, expertise, monetary support, and hours spent promoting awareness, education and good will in the NJ 2nd Amendment community at-large. These five deserve your congratulations, respect, and your promise to do your best on the 2A scene as we celebrate their unwavering efforts on our behalf.

Andras then concluded his brief presentation with the following remark, "When friends get together conversations get started. When conversations get started, ideas begin to flourish. When ideas flourish, great things will be accomplished". He also added, "Don't just be a member, become a part of it, own it, and say this is MY organization and I'm proud to work with it"!
