If at first you don't succeed, you TRY AGAIN, and that's just what the Coalition of New Jersey Firearm Owners, the National Rifle Association, and our state NRA affiliate, the Association of New Jersey Rifle & Pistol Clubs has done as of yesterday afternoon. CNJFO has partnered with and lent its full support behind Attorney Daniel Schmutter, the Attorney of Record acting on behalf of all Plaintiffs for this history-making CIVIL RIGHTS "1983" case filing. Taking an extremely different tac by not filing in the NJ court system, and instead filing directly with the Federal Court on both Second and Fourteenth Amendment grounds, this lawsuit may be just what's needed to convince the newly-formulated U.S. Supreme Court to hear this case!
