FINALLY! The wheels turned and the squeak from NRA members statewide demanded a response. ANJRPC is once again suing the Murphy administration for blatant discrimination as leaving outdoor recreation areas open but keeping shooting ranges closed is a clear violation of both the letter & the intent of the 2nd Amendment. "Well Regulated Militia" means not only having the arms through ownership, but also PRACTICING TO SUCCESSFUL PROFICIENCY! Any Jurist that's an originalist would rule this way. A SLAM-DUNK!
