Applicants for NJ Firearms Purchaser ID Cards who have been through the wringer and have jumped through all of the hoops & roadblocks set-up by our Masters and PASSED, are being scheduled OUTSIDE Police HQ to finish the process! The thumb print on the NJFPID Card is being accomplished on the hood of Howell's patrol vehicles! Truly a common-sense solution enabling the Police Records & ID Bureau to function by appointment!
