Roosevelt Twyne no longer faces the wrath of persecution under convoluted New Jersey gun law, where having a CARRY permit can still buy you two felony charges for "illegal transportation" to get your firearm home and for "hollow nose bullets" that in fact AREN'T HOLLOW according to the NJ State Police Firearms Bureau. Here's the quote from the Union County NJ Prosecutor: “In light of that investigation, this Office has concluded that, although probable cause existed to arrest and charge (him) at the time of his arrest, it is not in the interests of justice to continue his prosecution”. Our Editorial translation: We enjoy splitting hairs in Union County when it comes to NJ gun law, we feel we did nothing wrong and therefore will continue to allow arrests & harassments of legal gun owners WITH CARRY PERMITS in our jurisdiction!
